Crafty Creators Link Party #6

Welcome to Crafty Creators Link Party, my newest link party where you can share all of your wonderful crafts, DIYs, fashion, recipes, or any other thing that makes your heart happy! Since this link party is so new, I’d love it if you would spread the word and share away!

This Week on the Blog

Before we get to the party, check out what’s happened on the blog lately. You may remember my no sew DIY tea towels that I posted a few weeks ago. Well, this week, I shared a tutorial for making a DIY farmhouse tea towel ladder. It allows you to keep a towel near the sink in an aesthetically pleasing way! Plus, it’s easy and inexpensive.

I shared some “Galenitine’s” Day gift tags (different from the teacher tags I shared last week). I know it’s past V-day, but you can head over and pin that post for next year!

I don’t know about you, but I always seem to be in a good mood when I listen to worship music, whether I start out that way or not. Worship opens the door to the presence of God, so that makes perfect sense. I put together a list of more than 50 mood boosting worship songs that will get you moving and have you happy in no time! By the way, I will warn you that by the time you’re finished with the playlist, you will have had your workout for the day lol!

This Week’s Features

This DIY rope bowl is just the cutest. I would never guess it was homemade! Head over to The DIY Dreamer where Christine shares the full tutorial for making your own, step-by-step. I’ll say again, one day I will learn to sew!

While I may one day learn to sew, I’ll never learn draw like Jenna at The Painted Apron! She tried her hand at painting with markers for Fearless Friday. She wanted to see if she could get the look of a painted canvas with them. I have to say that I am impressed. Her rendition of “Elaine” is gorgeous!

Can you believe this adorable set of resin treats actually started out as “oopsies?” Jennifer from Studio 27 shared with us how she was able turn trash into treasure when resin-mixing went a little wrong. I’m with her, who wants to throw expensive resin away?! Take a few tips from her for when your craft projects don’t turn out exactly as you planned, turn lemons into lemonade.

Corine over at Junk to Gems outdid herself with this glass vase garland! It is absolutely perfect for spring. I think it looks so cute hanging on the wood, very farmhouse chic. Oh, and by the way, she did it for under $10. Definitely a tutorial you’ll want to pin!

Finally Forgetful One shared these fabric manicure sets with us. I think they’d be perfect for our ladies’ group at church to sew for Mother’s Day. They love doing little crafts like this. I can’t join them because they’re all older and meet early. I still have little ones to get off to school, but one day I’ll join! They can teach me to sew lol! Check out the post for the link to the pattern as well as a gift card holder.

If you were featured, grab your “I was featured” button to display on your blog! Just right click on the image and choose “Save Image As,” then add it to your site. You can add a link back to the blog with the image if you’d like. I would really appreciate it. I’m trying to figure out how to create a code with the link embedded. My tries thus far have failed… still, lol.

I can’t wait to see all of the wonderful things that are shared here. You can link up to five family-friendly posts. Since the blog is new, you’re free to share anything you like. New, old, link parties, giveaways, anything as long as it’s not offensive. That may change as the link party grows, but for now, have at it! Remember to visit a few other posts before you or peruse and visit a few that spark your interest. It’s not required, but I would love for you to share a link to the party or my blog in your post or somewhere on your blog.
