Crafty Creators Link Party #5

Welcome to Crafty Creators Link Party, my newest link party where you can share all of your wonderful crafts, DIYs, fashion, recipes, or any other thing that makes your heart happy! Since this link party is so new, I’d love it if you would spread the word and share away!

This Week on the Blog

Before we get to the party, let me share a few things that I’ve been working on this week. Valentine’s Day is only days away. Can you believe that?! I made these Valentine’s Day gifts with free printable gift tags for my son’s teachers. In the post I share not only the tags but also the links to free printable DIY gift boxes. These gift bombs are perfect for your “Galentines” too!

Next, I shared this 4-page set of free printable Valentine’s Day decorations. I printed, framed, and hung mine on my gallery wall in our living room. They would also look great framed and sitting in vignettes or on shelves. If you’re looking for quick, cheap, and easy Valentine’s Day decor, these are perfect for you!

Finally, I joined up with a few lovely ladies for this month’s DIY Blog Hop where we made things for bedrooms. My dresser was looking a little bare, so I made some framed art printables to place under our wedding gallery wall. I made two different sets, one more formal, the other casual. I used scriptures from the book Song of Solomon, so it’s perfect for the master bedroom.

This Week’s Features

It’s time to get your Valentines ready to hand out. These Valentine’s Day perfume candy boxes by Building Our Hive are absolutely adorable. They have free printables available for you to print out so you can make your own!

This folded book art is just perfect for Valentine’s Day. Check out the tutorial that Lisa gives us in her post on Fresh Vintage by Lisa S. She spells it out step-by-step so anyone can do it!

There’s absolutely nothing that I could write to do this post on how to create a secret wardrobe room justice. You have to go check out the post for yourself. Lisa from Storyteller’s Cottage created an escape room including a room through a wardrobe just like in the Narnia books. This isn’t a cheesy kid’s party thing we as moms set up. This is an all-out, pro-made room. It’s amazing!

These Valentine’s Day journaling prompts by Kristie of Krafty Planner are perfect for journaling during the season of love. She has created a free printable for us with the prompts on them along with pages to actually journal on. All you need to do is put them in a folder or binder. The prompts would also make the perfects starts to love notes for your significant other!

In this feature, Within a World of My Own shared a tutorial for making DIY paper beads that you can make beautiful bracelets with. Can you believe that she made this bracelet with magazine pages?! This is a great tutorial for those who make jewelry.

If you were featured, grab your “I was featured” button to display on your blog! Just right click on the image and choose “Save Image As,” then add it to your site. You can add a link back to the blog with the image if you’d like. I would really appreciate it. I’m trying to figure out how to create a code with the link embedded. My tries thus far have failed… still, lol.

Remember to visit a few other posts before you or peruse and visit a few that spark your interest. It’s not required, but I would love for you to share a link to the party or my blog in your post or somewhere on your blog.
