Throw the Greatest Halloween Movie Night Ever with These Hocus Pocus Printables!

It’s Halloween y’all! That means it’s time for our yearly Halloween family movie night. Each year at Halloween and Christmas I go all out and throw my family an epic movie night with food, drinks, games, a photobooth, and of course, a movie. I create printables to make the night extra special. It’s something our kids look forward to all year. If I’m going all out for them, of course I’m going to share it all with you! Today I’m sharing fourteen Hocus Pocus free printables with you. Your kiddos are going to love you for this! You can also use these to throw an epic Hocus Pocus Halloween party.

In this post I will only be sharing the printables. Later this week I will be sharing all of the games, activities, and food and drink ideas that we used for our party (happening tonight!), so be sure to follow me on social media and via email so you don’t miss it. You don’t want to miss it! Looking for more Halloween family movie night printables? Check out last year’s movie night Beetlejuice here.

Thanks for understanding! Feel free to share this post for your friends and family to make their own projects with this design!

Invitations & Movie Tickets

For my kids it wouldn’t a fun filled family movie night without invitations and faux movie tickets. I like to make things special so that it is something they look forward to every year. Either the morning of movie night or a few days before, I place the movie invite out where everyone can see it. The kids get excited knowing that movie night is coming up.

On this invitation you can use a white crayon or colored pencil to fill in the day of your event in the first blank section next to the broom at the bottom. The date will go in the middle field and the time in the right one. If you can’t find a white crayon, you could also use a metallic Sharpie to fill in the info.

If you’re sending this invitation out, I created this invitation. Fill in the date in the left space, time in the middle, and the address on the right. I also removed the movie ticket treat statement at the bottom and added a place for an RSVP.

This year I thought I’d add cute little movie tickets that I could give my kiddos in the morning. When it’s movie time they can return the ticket to me for a cute little Halloween gift bag. Think lights, stick-on reflectors, and sack for trick or treating. If you don’t want to do a gift bag, just make your prize an extra snack at movie time.

Hocus Pocus Free Printable Games

We usually play several different games on our movie nights. I’ll include more in the full movie night post, but for this printable set I made a page of games so you’d have a few at the ready.

On the page is a game of charades and a trivia quiz. Cut the white squares with the Halloween themed words on them, fold each one in half, and place them in a bowl. Have each player draw one and act out what is written on the card. The first one to guess it will get a point. Whoever has the most points at the end of the game is the winner. You could also play with teams or just for fun without keeping score. There are blank squares for you to write your own words. If you’re playing with teens or adults you can use scary movie titles or characters. Feel free to write on scrap paper and add other words to the bowl.

The trivia game has 25 questions. Read them out and the first person to raise their hand can answer. If they are correct they get a point. The person with the most points at the end is the winner. You could give a prize or play for bragging rights.

Hocus Pocus Decor Printables

What would a Halloween movie night without decor be? So of course I had to create some wall art that you can frame and sit out in addition to your regular Halloween decor.

This Halloween printable is perfect for ushering in a night full of a bunch of Hocus Pocus! Pop it in a frame and sit it out by your special movie night spread or coffee table. I’m placing ours on the sofa table right under the TV.

Frame these spells turning Binx into a cat and animating Billy but be careful! Don’t read them out loud. You don’t want to turn Scruffy into a cat!!

Hocus Pocus Photobooth

Here are a few printables for an impromptu photobooth session! You can cut them out and glue a craft stick to the back to use like regular photobooth props. I use skinny, flat craft sticks instead of popsicle sticks because they’re longer and less noticeable.

Hocus Pocus Free Printable Food Tent Cards

Finally, what movie screening would be complete without food and drinks? I created two pages of food tent cards. One page has blank cards so that you can fill in whatever you’re serving and the other contains some generic things you can serve. Print as many of the blanks cards as you need.

That’s all friends! I hope you have a ton of fun with these free Hocus Pocus printables!
