Welcome to Happiness is Homemade! I’m choosing the features for the month of February. Before we get to this week’s features, let’s check out what’s been going on here on the blog over the past few days. Be sure to head over and link up on Crafty Creators before you go! Linda from A Labour of Life is choosing our features for the month of August and writing the features section.

I am so excited that it’s time to start preparing early fall decor! This week I shared this early fall hanging door basket that I made for under $25. That’s basket and flowers together!

Did you know that you’re supposed to clean your washing machine every month? I didn’t know it was that often! In this post I shared how to clean yours, in detail, along with how to clean your dryer. One third of all house fires occur because people don’t clean their dryers. Yea, that’s a must-do!

I’ve got some more great back to school DIYs and ideas upcoming, along with some free printables, so make sure you don’t miss them by following me on social media and email. Enter your email address below to get an email when I add a new post, including link parties so you never forget to link up!

Now on to the Party!

Welcome to Happiness is Homemade 492- Linda here from A Labour of Life, and this is week 2 of my hosting the Happiness Is Homemade Link Party for August. Week two actually means August is almost half over. MAN this summer is flying by so fast!

Summer is winding down. I mean hello BTS everything, am I right? It’s crazy September used to signal the end of the season, but the last several years it has been a bit on the drier side and very warm, so beautiful as we begin to welcome fall.  What’s your September weather like where you are?

It’s time to get to this week’s party – simply scroll down to see all the posts that have been linked up by our participating bloggers!
