WELCOME to the April 2021 “You’re the Star” Blog Hop!
I am so excited to be co-hosting You’re the Star Blog Hop starting this month! Joining these lovely ladies in the blog hop is a joy. I’ve been reading this hop for months now, and I enjoy checking out all of your posts. They have certainly sparked creativity in me, and I’m sure in many other readers as well.
Before we begin I would like to share a few of my posts from March.
If you are new to the Cricut and are learning to use it, this post is exactly what you need. In this step-by-step tutorial I show you how to make a beautiful piece of wall art, with pictures as well as words. It’s the perfect starting off project because many of the supplies can be bought from Dollar Tree. In the tutorial I show you to use your machine with heat transfer vinyl (HTV). You can use regular vinyl as well with just a little tweaks in the process.
I wrote this post to show you how to decorate your home on a budget. There are always items on clearance at almost every store. Most of the time the items are in colors that aren’t popular or maybe have themes that aren’t popular in the area of the store. In this post I show you how to alter pieces that you can get at prices that are crazy low, to fit your home perfectly!
Finally I’d like to share with you these beautiful spring neutral wreaths. For spring I have our dining room decorated in neutral colors with a pop of robin’s egg blue. You can make two of these wreaths with Dollar Tree items for $4! That’s right- $4! The tutorial can be altered a bit to make these wreaths for every occasion.
Now on to the good stuff!
