For a bunny topiary you need small terracotta pots, wood dowels, cardboard, & moss.

Download & print my free family bunny design templates.

Paint the terracotta pots with chalk paint.

Stain or paint the wood dowel.

Measure & mark the wood dowel to cut. The length will depend on how many topiaries you are making.

Cut the dowel with a hack saw or a miter cutter.

Cut out the bunny template. Choose the one you like best or make multiple bunny topiaries.

Trace the bunny on cardboard. You need two of the same bunny for every topiary.

Cut out the cardboard bunnies.

Glue the two bunnies back to back.

Leave a gap at the bottom for the wood dowel.

Glue the dowel between the bunnies and glue then bottoms together.

Glue twine or yarn to the cardboard bunny & wrap it completely.

Find out how to cover the skinny ends in the full tutorial!

When you're happy with the coverage, glue the twine in place.

Assemble the bunny topiary.

Add filler around the dowel then top with moss.
