Create an adorable end of the school year teacher gift with my free printable gift tags and any kind of flower gift. That could be a flowerpot with seeds, a floral arrangement, a tumbler, mug, tote bag, or any other item with a cute floral print on it.

Download & print one of my free printable gift tags available in blue or white.

When you print the tag, check your print settings to ensure that you printer does not enlarge them. Check out the full post for more details.

Trim the excess paper from the free printable gift tag.

You'll have a cute little gift card to add to your end of the year teacher gift. (I covered up my son's & his teachers' names with the strips of paper.)

Tape the gift tag to a wood skewer.

Tape flower seed packets (one for each end of year teacher gift) onto wood skewers.

I like to give teacher gifts that they can use for decor in their home, so I created a DIY galvanized metal flowerpot with a farmhouse style. Check out the full tutorial to see how, including the free design.

Place flowers (real, faux, or paper) into the flowerpot with dry floral foam and tissue paper covering it.

Insert the gift tag and seeds on the skewers into the foam.

Move them around until you're happy with the placement.

My son's teachers planted the seeds in their yard and used the flowerpot in their farmhouse style homes. They kept the large rose on their desks!
