To make this beach yarn wreath for summer you need a styrofoam wreath form, yarn in your color choice, & other beach themed objects like shells & sisal rope.

First wrap your yarn around something small that will pass through the center of the wreath form, I use my Fire Stick remote.

Hot glue the yarn on the wreath form & begin wrapping it around.

Check out the full post to see my trick for wrapping the wreath quickly.

When your summer beach wreath is completely covered with yarn, cut the excess off & hot glue the end in place.

Next, create a hanger for your yarn wreath. Cut a piece of sisal rope about 6" long & glue the ends together to form a loop.

Hot glue it to the top of the back of the summer wreath.

I needed 2 beach wreaths to hang for summer, so I used my Cricut to cut 2 beach-y shapes, a seahorse & a crab.

Hot glue the beach shapes (you can use Dollar Tree wood pieces) onto the bottom right of the yarn wreath.

Then glue two seashells, overlapping, next to the beach-y shapes.

Finally, make a bow to top your summer yarn wreath. I made a simple bow, but you can make yours the way you prefer.

Hot glue it to the top of the yarn covered beach wreath & it's ready to hang! I made this one with a seahorse ...

... & this one with a crab.
