Welcome to the party.  It’s Bev from Eclectic Red Barn as your hostess for November. I am still focusing on Thanksgiving so I thought I would share some Thanksgiving side dishes. I love side dishes more than the turkey. What about you??

This Week’s Features:

These tiny, cabbage-like vegetables are a healthy side dish that will make any meal even better. Check out the recipe for these Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
 
 
If you would like to make something a little different than mashed potatoes, then these Cream Cheese Hasselback Potatoes just might be the trick.
 

This Roasted Rainbow Carrots with Pesto would make a wonderful side dish. Not only colorful but flavorful. 

 

The recipe for Scalloped Corn Casserole is right up my alley. Easy to make and you top it with buttery Ritz crackers. Yummy.

If you like sweet potato casserole but not all of the mess, then this recipe is for you – Baked Sweet Potato Casserole.
