Happiness is Homemade #448

Welcome to Happiness is Homemade! Linda from A Labour of Life will be choosing our features for the month of October. Before we get to this week’s features, let’s check out what’s been going on here on the blog over the past few days. Be sure to head over and link up on Crafty Creators and You’re the Star Blog Hop before you go! If you missed last week’s party, you can check it out here. Remember to comment on You’re the Star Blog Hop for your chance to be featured on that party! I do not choose my features from last month’s party because I feel like it’s too far back. For example, I don’t want to choose a Halloween post in November lol! I will only visit those posts in the comments on that party because I have two others. I really want to choose from a wider range of blogs, so head over & comment now!

For our monthly DIY Blog Hop I created this easy farmhouse style Halloween garland. It was just adorable on our sofa table for our Hocus Pocus 2 movie night.

Next I made this adorable Halloween welcome sign for our monthly Sustainable Pinterest Challenge. I didn’t have to buy anything new for this project!

Canadian Thanksgiving is this weekend so share some fun ideas for me to use. Got a fun table idea, a new dessert or a Turkey surprise?? Hit me up with a new link.

Plus, I promise next week is Halloween, tables, crafts, and DIY’s all around. Just really needed a fun theme this weekend.
