Happiness is Homemade #446

Welcome to Happiness is Homemade! I’ll be hosting and choosing the features of the party for the month of September. Before we get to this week’s features, let’s check out what’s been going on here on the blog over the past few days. Be sure to head over and link up on Crafty Creators and You’re the Star Blog Hop before you go! If you missed last week’s party, you can check it out here.

I made these DIY crystal balls using a few Dollar Tree supplies. Aren’t the little ones cute? I think I’m going to sit them in the bathrooms next to the sink. We have tiny bathrooms in the new house sadly, but I’m super thankful to be here!

I made these free fall printables to match adorable watercolor pillowcases that I ordered from Amazon. They look so good together!

I made two of these chenille yarn wreaths to hang from sconces on my main living room wall. They match my new watercolor decor perfectly!

I’ve got some more great fall and Halloween decor upcoming, along with some free printables, so make sure you don’t miss them by following me on social media and email. Enter your email address below to get an email when I add a new post, including link parties so you never forget to link up!

This Week’s Features

Using hot glue to decorate pumpkins is such a great way to create pumpkins that are uniquely you. Check out how Beth from Creatively Beth did it!

This Halloween candy jar is something that even beginning crafters can make. Steph from Steph Creates made such a cute one, didn’t she?

Decorating for fall doesn’t have to be a brain stumper, but it can be sometimes. Maria from Pure Happy Home came up with an easy & ingenious way to style her bookshelves using only pumpkins (yes, even real ones!).

I can’t pass up decorating my home with a Hocus Pocus theme this Halloween since the second installment of the beloved classic will release September 30. These witch hat cupcake toppers cooked up by Ann over at Ann’s Entitled Life will be perfect to have at our yearly family movie night! (By the way, my free printables for my full Halloween family movie night will be out next week, remember last year’s Beetlejuice night? Can you guess what this year’s movie will be?)

I couldn’t mention Hocus Pocus 2 without sharing this witch themed Halloween tablescape brought to you by our own Linda of A Labour of Life. So perfect for movie night, right?! Moving picture perfect!
