Welcome to Happiness is Homemade! For the month of June, Mel from Decor Craft Design will be choosing our features, but before we get there, let’s check out what’s been going on here on the blog over the past few days. Be sure to head over and link up on Crafty Creators before you go!

My husband and I got covid, and I have a severe neutrophil disorder, which means, basically that I don’t much of an immune system. It has a clock on my life, but God won’t take me until He needs me! I was very lucky to have not gotten an earlier strand of the virus. My doctor was so worried because he lost a young woman with similar immune system disorder. God kept his hand on me, and we got omicron. Even still it kicked my behind and still had to go to the doctor. I have a surgical port, and that allowed me to not have to stay in inpatient care. They can access my port and leave it accessed until I have meds and fluids for as many days as needed. Every day I go to get treatment, then go home for the night. This port is the best thing since sliced bread lol! Needless to say, I only got a post this week instead of my normal three.
Last week I made a DIY porch sign. I absolutely love the way it turned out! It matches my wood door hanger, and they look great together. In both of the posts, I’ve given you free SVGs, PNGs, and/or free printables that will allow you to make your own signs or other objects!
I’ve got some more great home decor posts and some outdoor projects upcoming, so make sure you don’t miss them by following me on social media and email. Enter your email address below to get an email when I add a new post, including link parties so you never forget to link up!
