Crafty Creators Link Party #21

Welcome to Crafty Creators Link Party, where you can share all of your wonderful crafts, DIYs, fashion, recipes, or any other thing that makes your heart happy! After you link up, I’d love it if you’d spread the word about the party! Remember, you must be following me on social media in order to be featured on next week’s party.

Don’t forget to link up on Happiness is Homemade. If you miss it today (Thursday), come back and link up on Sunday. Remember that I add a new post on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays in addition to the link parties on Thursday and Sunday, so there’s always new content for you to enjoy and share throughout the week!

This Week on the Blog

I was given a free canvas wall art piece from Printique. They are a company that sells canvases, photo books, regular prints and more at reasonable prices. In this post I gave a review of the piece I received. I love the print that’s now hanging on our bedroom gallery wall. If you’re looking to get a new piece of wall art or a special photo gift, you’ll definitely love Printique!

I’m finally getting around to hanging some of our home decor on the walls. I thought while I was at it, I’d share a tutorial for how to hang photos with ease and get it right the first time every time. This process is a great way to see how you will like a grouping on your wall before you start poking holes!

I have some more free printables, home decor tutorials, & DIY Father’s Day gift ideas on the way, so make sure you follow me on social media using the buttons in the sidebar. That way you don’t miss them! Enter your email address below to get an email when I add a new post, including new link parties, so you never forget to join us!

This Week’s Features

Featured Bloggers: Follow me on FB & IG for more recognition!

If you are featured this week, let me know in the comments if you’re following me on Facebook and/or Instagram. Just a short “following” will do. If you are following me, I will schedule a post promoting your featured post across all of my social media accounts including FB, IG, Twitter, MeWe, etc. I will tag you in the post so that all of your followers can see how great your post was as well! The social media features happen throughout the weekend and just before next week’s party (usually on Tuesday and Wednesday nights). Last week I had two of the featured bloggers let me know they were following, so they were featured last night as a lead-up to this week’s party. I love showing y’all some love! If it’s been a while since you’ve been featured and you’re following, leave me a comment just in case. I’ve got a lot of craziness going on and a terrible short-term memory lol!

This week’s first feature is a must-have in every kitchen! Helen of Hello Sewing shared a tutorial for how to make a DIY towel scarf (or boa). I wish so badly that I had a sewing machine to make one!

Memorial Day has passed, but we still have a summer’s worth of patriotic decor to make and explore! Beth from Creatively Beth shared a tutorial for making a beautiful and patriotic American Flag paint pour piece of decor. I’m in love with this one, and I’ve been wanting to try paint pouring for so long!

Summer here and that means that lazy days lie ahead. We can’t let them be too lazy however, so Leslie over at Lambert’s Lately shared a free printable chore chart to keep your little ones on task. These are perfect if you have littles. I have a free printable chore chart for older kids scheduled next week, so if you have older kids make sure you’re following me so you remember to come grab it!

I have started my own wood address planter, so I was so happy to feature Meagan of Decorative Inspiration’s rustic address planter. Her planter was made from pallet wood and hangs in front of her house. Mine is done on a large piece of wood with a separate planter. This shows you can customize it to your home in a million ways!

If you have an old clock laying around, or you come across one is stores, you should definitely keep it or buy it. Julie over at Sum of Their Stories shared an adorable upcycle from a tired old 90’s clock into the adorable clock you see below! In her post she gives you step by step instructions on how to create your own.

If your post was featured, grab your “I was featured” button to display on your blog! Just click on the download button, then upload and add it to your site. You can add a link back to the blog on the image if you’d like. I would really appreciate it.

New, old, link parties, giveaways, anything as long as it’s not offensive. That may change as the link party grows, but for now, have at it! Don’t just link and run. Visit few other posts before yours or peruse and visit a few that spark your interest. It’s not required, but I would love for you to share a link to the party or my blog in your post or somewhere on your blog.
