Crafty Creators Link Party #18

Welcome to Crafty Creators Link Party, where you can share all of your wonderful crafts, DIYs, fashion, recipes, or any other thing that makes your heart happy! After you link up, I’d love it if you’d spread the word about the party! Remember, you must be following me on social media in order to be featured on next week’s party.

Don’t forget to link up on Happiness is Homemade. If you miss it today (Thursday), come back and link up on Sunday. Remember that I add a new post on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays in addition to the link parties on Thursday and Sunday. However, this week due to the link parties falling on back-to-back days, I posted on Monday and Tuesday instead of Tuesday and Thursday. A new post will be added on Saturday as usual.

This Week on the Blog

This week I joined up with two groups of lovely ladies for two fun blog hops. First, we had a Dollar Store Craft Challenge for which I created this lovely hand-woven rope wreath. You can change up the embellishments, like the ribbon and flowers, for a year-round farmhouse style wreath. I love how light and airy it is with the creams and delicate pinks!

Tuesday was May 10, so you know what that means. It was time for Under $10 on the 10th. This month our theme was “outdoors/gardening,” and I made this outdoor planter stand for about $7.50! Be sure to go check out the tutorial and pin it so that you can make your own beautiful stand, customized for your home decor.

I have some free printables, home decor tutorials, & end of the year teachers’ & children’s gift ideas on the way, so make sure you follow me on social media using the buttons in the sidebar. That way you don’t miss them! Enter your email address below to get an email when I add a new post, including new link parties, so you never forget to join us!

This Week’s Features

Featured Bloggers: Follow me on FB & IG for more recognition!

If you are featured this week, let me know in the comments if you’re following me on Facebook and/or Instagram. Just a short “following” will do. If you are following me, I will schedule a post promoting your featured post across all of my social media accounts including FB, IG, Twitter, MeWe, etc. I will tag you in the post so that all of your followers can see how great your post was as well! The social media features happen throughout the weekend and just before next week’s party (usually on Tuesday and Wednesday nights). Last week I had two of the featured bloggers let me know they were following, so they were featured last night as a lead-up to this week’s party. I love showing y’all some love! If it’s been a while since you’ve been featured and you’re following, leave me a comment just in case. I’ve got a lot of craziness going on and a terrible short-term memory lol!

Carol over at Blue Sky at Home joined up with nine other bloggers to bring us ideas for styling beautiful porches. Her porch is styled perfectly for all of the patriotic holidays over the summer.

How cute are these macrame mermaid tail keychains made by Lindsay of Artsy Fartsy Mama?! Check out her post for a step-by-step tutorial for making your own.

Summer is beginning which means so is yard sale season! Check out the wonderful tips and ideas in the ultimate yard sale guide, like carrying small bills and change when shopping, shared by Ann of Apple Street Cottage.

Lori of Dining Delight shared this beautiful Mother’s Day tablescape with us on last week’s party. I love the bright and cheerful colors as they are perfect to use from spring all the way through summer!

Our final featured post this week is another fantastic summer decor DIY. Meagan of Decorative Inspirations shared a tutorial for creating several affordable and beautiful coastal decor pieces. I love these faux sea glass vases!

If your post was featured, grab your “I was featured” button to display on your blog! Just click on the download button, then upload and add it to your site. You can add a link back to the blog on the image if you’d like. I would really appreciate it.
