Happiness is Homemade Link Party #412

Welcome to Happiness is Homemade Link Party! I’m so glad you’re here to join us in sharing and being inspired by blog posts from around the world. After you share here, don’t forget to go link up on Crafty Creators. Since I choose 5 features from that party each week, I will no longer be choosing an extra feature on this party. Before we get to this week’s party, let me share what’s been shared on my blog this week.

First I shared this post full of 25 Dollar Tree Valentine’s Day decorations. This year our dollars don’t stretch quite as far as they should, but that doesn’t have to affect your home decor this holiday. These DT upcycles are perfect for the season, and no one will guess they’re from a dollar store!

I made my own Dollar Tree run this week, and unfortunately their shelves were extremely bare. They did have white cotton rope and a heart wreath form which allowed me to make this gorgeous heart rope wreath. My original rope wreath is my most popular post of all time, so this one is sure to be a hit as well!

This is the last weekend in January, so this is Linda from A Labour of Life’s last week choosing features for a few months. From Linda- I hope y’all know how hard it is to only pick 4 posts to highlight. which is why I want to remind everyone, take a moment and search through. This is a space to get inspired and help each other out. I swore this week I would get off the Valentine’s theme but seriously way too many awesome heart features.

A Valentine’s Day Tablescape

Staying on my feature routine, let’s start with a tablescape. The heart plate that caught me. I just found some heart bowls so stay tuned for my next table lol. Today the bright red and pink hearts caught my eye, a Valentine’s Day table. Inspiration for the gal who loves to celebrate love. Anne’s Inspired love really nailed this one.

Tasty Chocolate Charcuterie

I’m trying something new this week- check out this yummy looking chocolate charcuterie board from Wanderlust and Wellness. This chocolate charcuterie board is filled with delicious and decadent chocolate treats – perfect for just about any occasion. You’ll find everything you need to build this rich, chocolatey, dessert board!

Valentine’s Sugar Scrub

I love a good sugar scrub but don’t love all the extras that are in some commercially prepared ones. Plus they can be expensive. This easy DIY sugar scrub from Everyday Savvy requires just a few ingredients and can be infused with your favorite essential oils. This sugar scrub makes a great DIY gift for Valentine’s Day or any holiday.

Valentines Kitchen Decor

Penny’s Vintage Decor has created the cutest Valentine’s Day kitchen ever. I am serious. I am now on the hunt for ceramic cakes, chickens and homemade heart and love signs. Take a tour through her home and you will not be disappointed.
