Traffic Jam Weekend Link Party

Sorry this is uploaded so late. I didn’t receive the code until late, and it’s just been an extremely rough day. We’re probably going have to put our Bella down, so I’m a wreck. But I’m here. Before we get to the party, here’s what’s been going on here on the blog.

I created free printables to give as Halloween gifts for my son’s teachers. You can print these, pop them in a frame, and you have an adorable gift to brighten anyone’s spirits. I know we could all use that right now! I created a free printable gift tag to go along with it. You can also use the printable Hocus Pocus sign as last minute Halloween decor in your own home.

I didn’t have any gift bags around, so I decided to make little felt no sew gift bags to put the frames in instead. They are so easy to make, you just need 3 sheets of felt and hot glue! These are perfect for Christmas, birthdays, or just because. The recipient can use them over and over, and they’re basically a second gift in themselves!

Finally I made these braided yarn pumpkins to add to my Thanksgiving decor. There’s a video in the tutorial to help along the way.

On to the Party!

  2. So sorry to hear of your Bella, I had to put my 19 year old cat down, in the middle of what I believe was COVID. Not easy in the best of times. Take care and thanks so for hosting, you must be one busy wife and mama!

    1. Thank you Melynda. Bella is home, but I think she’s just suffering. It’s killing me because she’s only 5. Barely. They put her on a bunch of meds, but I just know it’s not right. I’m sure you know that feeling. I’m glad you came to share with us this week!
