Traffic Jam Weekend

Welcome to Traffic Jam Weekend! I hope you’ve had a good week, and are ready to create traffic jam in your blog and your friends’ blogs! Before we get to our features, I want to share with you a post from this week.

I am participating in the bloggers’ A to Z Challenge, and yesterday’s letter was R. I made a rope tray to go along with my rope placemats and rope coasters. They are a party of my beachy decor that will adorn my home this summer. I am planning a beach/coastal tablescape in my dining room as well. I really love how my tray turned out, and I really like the satin ribbon I added to it. In the picture below you can see a beachy glass gem and seashell topiary and nautical rope mirrors. I plan to make two more to display two on each side of my shutters the way they were displayed in a Wayfair model room.

On to the features!

These are the featured posts from Traffic Jam Weekend #277

Niki chose Flamingos on a Spring Tablescape from Whispers of the Heart.

Michelle chose How to Start Sunday Planning and Prep Your Week for Success from Joyfully Unexpected. “I’d already thrown away my to-do list because it just wasn’t helpful. Of course, winging it has its foibles as well. Jennifer’s system of incorporating your to-do list in a calendar along with blocking off time each task is brilliant!”

Kimberly also chose this post. “I am always interested in reading about new ways to be productive. Great planning tips in this post!”

Sonni chose Bumblebees on a Spring Tablescape from Whispers of the Heart. “What a great table setting! I have been on a bumblebee kick for the past two months. This post gave me some ideas for using the bee items I have collected.”

Tracy chose Craft Room Storage and Organization from our very own Life as a LEO Wife. “This organization says it is for a craft room….this is something I will adapt and use in my classroom. A neat idea to help with storage!”

The post with the most views was Have You Ever Been Inspired to Praise God for His Creativity? from Living Our Days.
